The Wall Saga: Pumping Day

Once the forms were in place it was time to pump in the concrete.  Not an easy task.  Because of the hills and road conditions the trucks were sent up with only 2/3 of a load and so it took four trucks to fill the forms.

The guy responsible for the pumper truck showed up at the crack of dawn and set himself up.  Cloths were placed around his work area and he started getting the hoses ready.

Check the next post for a special video of the concrete pumping.  It was truly epic, perhaps even legendary.
