Today we got up early to head all the way out to Fairfax, where there was a truck for sale that we deemed suitable for us. It’s a grey Ford F150 4×4 with extended cab and long bed. It needs a name though–something other than “truck” and not, as Agent Smith suggested, “Rosie.”
After the purchase was complete, I drove the Carrera home and Agent Smith took the truck to the office. His afternoon was then filled with work-work, while mine was filled with calling around to schedule yet more things that need to be done (aka home-work). Things are moving along though, as I have a roofer coming by Friday to give me a quote on the flat roofs above the studio, great room and bathroom/linen area, and folks coming by to do other work. Busy busy.
