It’s been a while since the last race car post, as there were no new race cars to detail. But in April of 2023, the team purchased a Dodge Van with the intention of turning it into a race car.
I was actually the first person to drive it post-purchase. Here’s a vid of me getting it up the mountain.
Once here, the team commenced work, and in late 2023 it was ready to race. (Getting it secured on the trailer was interesting.)
And race it did! The team won the top prize (The Index of Effluence) at the 24 Hours of LeMons Sonoma race at Sonoma in December 2023. Yay!
