Our plum tree in San Francisco apparently does not want us to move. This year we are harvesting a bumper crop. We have so many plums filling up the fridge that I’ve started pitting and freezing 1 gal bags and bringing them down here to store in the pantry freezer. I will, as usual, make jam from them, but with all the other projects going on, it will be a while before I am ready for that messy job.
