Total area of roofs: 6096 sq. ft.
Last year’s rainfall: 17.5 inches
SUPPLY (gallons) = INCHES OF RAINFALL x 0.623 x CATCHMENT AREA (sq. ft. of roof) x .90 (runoff coefficient for a metal or asphalt roof)
= 59,815.476 gallons of rainwater to try collect this coming winter.
